The land is mostly flat and made up of olive trees, although also part forest, vineyard, pear orchard, apple orchard, walnut trees and some citrus.

The location is in a small village with café and restaurant (meals on request). It has good access to the motorway and the main cities of Tomar and Ferreira do Zêzere are only 20 minutes away.

Lisbon airport is about an hour and twenty away by car.
