Pure Portugal Ltd is an online digital advertising platform (we are not estate agents). We publish adverts for properties which are listed by estate agents or being sold by private property owners.

We specialise in advertising smallholdings, quintas, country houses, permaculture properties, rural land, ruins, and equestrian property. We generally do not accept, or publish, listings for modern villas (unless they have outstanding eco credentials), properties on golf resorts, coastal resorts, time-share properties, etc.

Our website receives an average of 43,000 visitors per day from all over the world!

Advertising Your Property:

When advertising your property with us, it will reach your target audience, as we advertise only the types of property that we know our website users are searching for.

With over 17 years industry experience, we know who our visitors are, and the types of property they are looking for. Over the years we have developed an instinct for knowing what is (and what isn’t) the type of property someone using the Pure Portugal website would look for. It’s not easy to give a definitive list of attributes, but in general we find property adverts are  very popular if they are for:

  • A country villa or farmhouse
  • A ruin / renovation project
  • A house with some land
  • A village house (both ruined/abandoned and sympathetically renovated)
  • A rural / ecological tourism property
  • A multiple occupancy home
  • A quirky village house, townhouse or apartment
  • A quinta / smallholding / farm
  • Land with building permission
  • Land suitable for an eco or temporary dwelling (cabin, yurt, tipi, caravan)
  • Rural / Agricultural / Forestry land

Recently we have also seen an increased demand for adverts for new builds, renovated properties which are ready to move into, and large spaces suitable for housing cooperatives & group living. We especially like to advertise such properties if they have environmental attributes such as natural construction, or are off grid (solar/wind energy), etc. We are also willing to consider all other styles of new and renovated property (especially if they have land or other accommodation included). If in doubt, send us a brief description and some photos of your property and we’ll let you know if we think we can help you sell it by advertising on our digital platforms.

How to advertise your property:

Real Estate Agencies: If you are an agent wishing to list your properties with us please contact us on team@pureportugal.co.uk

Private Sellers:

  • Complete and return our advertising agreement, either online or download the pdf. (Here is the online Portuguese version).
  • Please send by email a copy of an identification card and proof of address.
  • Send full details of your property, its location and its price, along with photos to team@pureportugal.co.uk
  • Email up to 24 photos, jpeg format, minimum 640 x 480 pixels and preferably landscape. The more information and photos, the greater the interest your listing is likely to generate, and you will receive enquiries from genuinely interested potential purchasers, rather than emails simply asking for more information/photos.
