Main house is a wooden house of superior quality, built in 2011 with a private area of 165m2, spread over two floors. Around the house there is a Nordic pine wood deck with more than 300m2.

The lower floor consists of an entrance hall, kitchen, pantry, dining room, living room with fireplace, bedroom and bathroom, and the stairs that give access to the first floor has a lift platform system for people with reduced mobility.

The upper floor consists of three bedrooms, a pantry and a large bathroom with shower and bath. All exterior doors and windows are aluminum with double glazing.

A community house with a total area of 55m², which serves as support for the bungalows, consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, living room and pantry. In this same building there are two changing rooms (one for women and one for men) consisting of: six individual showers and four bathrooms for guests. All showers and bathrooms are connected to solar panels for hot water with complete installation, two large hot water tanks with a capacity of 600L.

All masonry buildings and bungalows have water and electricity. It also has two storage warehouses and tools with areas of 25m2 and 10m2, both built in masonry. In the area there are also animal facilities with a netted fence.

The property has an 80m deep water hole, a pump room with two pumps, two pressure tanks, a 5000L water reservoir, an underground cistern of 50000L of water and also two water dams, one with a capacity of about 78000m3 of water and a smaller one with approximately 5000m3. Both dams are made up of alkaline and natural spring water.

There are good accesses to the property entrance. It has an electric gate with remote control. The property is all fenced with wire mesh.

Through the land there are several paths to wide platforms, with stunning views of the countryside and dams, which can be used for various purposes.

It is located just minutes from several villages, such as Almodóvar, Castro Verde and Ourique making it very accessible. About 9 km from the A22 motorway to Algarve and Lisbon, about 60 km from some of the best beaches in the Algarve and the Costa Vicentina.
