The good bits

Land registered.

Well insulated in roof and double-glazed windows.

Heat pump aircon in living room and room for a wood burning stove if necessary.

First floor completely liveable with water, hot water, electric satellite dish, mains sewage with refurbished kitchen.

Bad bits

Central heating installed but costing too much to run on bottled gas, but not really needed except for 6 weeks in winter.

The roof over the swimming pool has a cracked beam will need replacing with steel. cost ,200 euro. Shower unit in main bathroom not functioning correctly, but has bath shower unit.

En-suit bathroom for main bedroom is partly completed.
