Under the veranda is an area for the storage of logs for the log burner in the lounge for those winter nights. Also because the patio is so large, a barbeque could be positioned where it would suite you best.

The veranda and garden have a number of water points to make looking after the garden a little easier. At the bottom of the garden is a hidden seating area just right to watch the sun go down and enjoy a cold drink on a warm evening. The garden and patio area are 600m2 in size and is more than would be needed for the average gardener.

The house also has a wine cellar on the ground floor that can be used to keep your vegetables stored in great condition along with the wine. The amount of grapevines on the garden both red and white could be used to make your own wine. The white grapes are not the local grape for wine they are large and maybe an eating variety.

The house has Solar power for heating the water, the unit is positioned on the roof and hot water can be enjoyed for most of the year.

Located on the edge of a village but only few metres from the centre, the village has three “cafés”, a butchers, ATM, supermarket, co-operative for all gardening products, etc. Also has a school for younger children and a Senior citizens home.
