The house fits the typical Beira style and it is in perfect harmony with the surrounding environment.

The whole terrain has a semi-automatic system of water supply, all the year round with water from water mine.

At the end of the terrain we exchanged the grapes for 21 solar panels, perfect exposure to the sun, they produce 5000-7000Kw a year. (micro geração official).

It is located on a very small village with good access at 12km north–east of Viseu. Sátão is only 12km. At about 8km you find the connection towards the A24 motorway.
