The Village “Chão da Velha” is about to have it’s own Mini-shop/Cafe/Bar (3 minutes walk) as half the village has been refurbished into 18 houses for tourism complete with swimming pool.
The small lake has deer and wild boar visiting at dawn and dusk to drink water. The valley has no neighbours houses overlooking the land. You can skinny dip if you want. The land is on a lay-line so I’ve been told. It has a wonderful energy.
Anyone can now restore the buildings as they do not need to be built to building code as the existing buildings were built before building code.
Once the original buildings are restored the local council is likely to grant you permission to extent as there is no neighbours to object; you can add 10 more bedrooms if you want?
