The village has a good community, and a warm welcome to people who wish to mix and enjoy the traditions of the area. It has a lively cafe? and is two minutes from a million euro river beach, restaurant and play area, with shaded picnic benches next to the river Mondego. And ten minutes from Celorico da Beira which has all amenities, with good access by trains and buses to Porto and Lisbon, and the A25 motorway to Porto and Spain.

All irrigation pipes and sprayers are included to irrigate the grazing fields.
