The main house is 90m2 and was constructed in 2007 from solid Finnish timber. It has high wooden ceilings & consists of 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with bath & shower & a large open plan living area with kitchen with wood burner.

There is a tiled walkway & patio area around the house with two sides of it being under cover.

The house is south facing & has spectacular 360 degree panoramic views of the the Serra Estrella mountains.

Mains water, electric & fibre optic WIFI are all connected.

Next to the house is carport with attached work space currently used as a studio. It was built in August 2014

Land with 1.6ha, terraced with olive trees & various fruit trees.

In the centre of the quinta between the main house & the chalets is a granite building /work shop. It has water & electricity connected & had a new roof, floor & rendered inside & out in 2013

The land has approx 100 olive trees producing a good yearly supply of oil & fruit tree including apple, pear, peach, plum, quince, lemon, orange, nectarine, almond & several types of cherry trees. There is a also large fruit & veg garden & a chicken run and hen house currently housing 8 hens. There is a well with a pump connected in a small house that also houses a washing machine for the chalets to use. Most of the land is fenced & is dog proof (tried & tested as we have two large dogs!)

At the other end of the land above the terraces are the two one bedroom chalets. Each on is 43m2 & contains a bedroom bathroom & large open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen. They are being sold fully equipped & one have wood burners. Previously they have been let out both for short term & long term lets giving us a small income.

The Quinta is on the edge of the village of Nabais which has two cafes & a small supermarket. Close by is the market town of Gouveia with larger supermakets, shops, a weekly market & health centre.

The two chalets are not legal at the present.
To do this they have to be moved away from the boundary at an estimated cost of 6,000 to 8,000 euros each. We have had the project drawn up by an engineer and a builder is ready to move them. Unfortunately, we need to move back to England as soon as possible so we are not able to do it.
