Internet can be connected via Satellite (Tooway) or 3G/4G.

Organic land with 5ha, partly fenced for horses, 230 olive
trees, fenced garden, fruit trees, cork trees, fig trees, pomegranates, small vineyard, orange orchard (all organic) and a very large stone well (Nora) with enough water for irrigation, additionally there are two brick made wells for irrigation.

A 50m deep borehole provides enough clear water all year round for the household and the horses.

Around the house there are several fenced horse pastures, (about 2ha is fenced). There are 2 large walk-in stables with insulated roof plates. These stables can also be used as sheds and a small stone shed as a feed storage/tack room.
In addition, there is a round-pen and preparations have been made for a picadeiro (horse riding arena)

In Vidigueira all facilities are present: schools, swimming pool, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, post office, hairdressing salons, banks, general practitioners and dentists, building materials and other shops.
The closest cities are Beja (25km) and Evora (60km), the larger shopping centres of the region are situated in Beja and Évora.
