The big trees in the garden are: two olive trees, two orange trees, a tangerine tree, a pomegranate tree and almond trees. Vines grows well. In the courtyard, the trees are: bay, peach and loquat.

At the end of the garden, there is a gateway leading to the land where there are over 40 olive trees, 3 fig trees, many herbs, plants and flowers. It is a heaven on earth. The views are stunning. It is quiet and lovely. It is private and safe if you wish to keep animals. Outside, there is a private courtyard, a pergola with sofas, armchairs and coffee tables. We have a table and chairs to eat outside and a Jacuzzi to relax day or night. From the courtyard, one can access the kitchen and a small bedroom of the main house. In the courtyard, there is a smoke house, used as a pantry at present and there is a small night cage for our two lovebirds that links to their aviary.

From the courtyard, there is a separate entrance to a large room that we use as a workshop. There is also a small annexe that would make a perfect tiny house. It has water and electricity connected to it. There is a third annexe where we keep our tractor and tools for the garden but this also could make a nice nanny annexe. It has a good potential.

Glamping is good here!

The house is situated in a quiet area, off the road, on a square. The neighbours are all lovely. Mobile shops in cars or vans come to the square nearly every day. One can buy bread, croissant, fruits and vegetables, fish and even clothes.

Torres Novas is the closest town to the village (10km) and there are banks, the cinema, shopping centres, swimming pools, gyms, many restaurants and the market there is every Tuesday.

The closest petrol station is 5 minutes from the house and right opposite, one can find a builders and merchant place.

The motorway junctions are in Zibreira for the A1 and A23 are less than 6km away.
