The house needs total renovation. Currently has two storeys. The first floor was used to keep agricultural storage and for wine production. The first floor has a big living room and 3 small bedrooms. There was a kitchen and toilet in an annex of the house.

There are more annexes that can be added to the house when renovating.

The land with 1ha is made up of three terraces on the side of the house (2 small ones and a bigger one) and a big terrace on the other side of the river. There are adult sweet chestnut trees, hazelnut shrubs, old apple trees and a number of autochtonous trees brodering the river.

The forested area is on a steep slope. The forest has been maintained with native trees, sweet chestnut and cherry trees, strawberry and others.

The smallholding has plenty of water, with a stream crossing and a well on the mountain, that provided drinking water to the house, through gravity alone.

Electricity and mains water are also available in the valley and can easily be connected.

With a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, surrounded by nature and immersed in the sound of running water makes it into an ideal location to recharge energies. It is an ideal home for nature lovers.

The property is ideal as holiday home.

Is accessed by car, 50m dirt track off the road Lousã-Góis.

Located in the foothills of the Serra da Lousã. 8km from the centre of Lousã and 30km from the city of Coimbra.

Lousã is a very lively town with all services (schools, doctor’s surgery, supermarkets, etc.). There are many young people and there is an international flair, with people of all nationalities living here. This stands in contrast with many other rural towns, often dominated by old people and with services in decline.
