Property Description

Rare traditional house in stone to be rebuilt.

In first floor there’s two divisions and two more divisions on the ground floor, which were used for animals and storage.

Under the large terrace there’s a self-contained apartment, which has two windows, a little kitchen / living area and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Could be very well be lived in as you’ll be restoring the whole building!

Above there is a very large terrace with a mature table grape vine and beautiful views, which are all farmlands / veg patches, so no more building can be done. The view from the front stairs of the house is of a very mature olive grove.

There’s a backyard, small and totally enclosed and with a side gate. Also a carport behind the self contained apartment.

This is a total restoration project, bearing in mind that the facade of the house is very rare and has to be protected, in so much as it would have to be done in exactly the same fashion. With chestnut wood and same design.

This is only one of two remaining in this village, the other in the old square, almost on the ground!

It’s on a cul-de-sac, three or four house before the end.
It’s located in Torre de Dona, county of Mirandela in the Bragança district.
