Advertising Your Property
When listing your property with us, you have a higher chance of matching it with your ideal buyer, as we list only the types of property our website and social media visitors are specifically searching for. With over 16 years industry experience, we know who our visitors are, and the types of property they are looking for. Over the years we have developed an instinct for knowing what is (and what isn’t) a “Pure Portugal” Property. It’s not easy to give a definitive list of attributes that our buyers are looking for, but in general we will advertise your property if it is:
- A country villa or farmhouse
- A ruin / renovation project
- A house with some land
- A village house (both ruined/abandoned and sympathetically renovated)
- A rural / ecological tourism property
- A multiple occupancy home
- A quirky village house, townhouse or apartment
- A quinta / smallholding / farm
- Land with building permission
- Land suitable for an eco or temporary dwelling (cabin, yurt, tipi, caravan)
- Rural / Agricultural / Forestry land
Recently we have also seen an increased demand for new builds and renovated properties which are ready to move into, and large spaces suitable for housing cooperatives & group living. We especially like to list such properties if they have environmental attributes such as natural construction, or are off grid (solar/wind energy), etc. We are also willing to consider all other styles of new and renovated property (especially if they have land or other accommodation included). If in doubt, send us a brief description and some photos of your property and we’ll let you know if we think we can help you sell it by advertising on our digital platforms.
Pricing
Properties for sale from private sellers: If your property sells as a result of our online advertising, we ask for a fee. Unlike other online advertisers, we do not charge a monthly fee for your listing (we don’t feel it’s fair that you pay more, the longer your property takes to sell!). Instead we charge only for results: a percentage of your sale price, on completion of the sale. Therefore if you’re property doesn’t sell as a result of listing it on our online platforms, you pay us nothing. The fee for advertising with Pure Portugal Ltd is 2% of the property’s sale price. For properties with prices under 25,000 euros there is a minimum fee of 500 euros. For properties with prices over 250,000 euros, there is a maximum fee of 5,000 euros.

- Top Featured Property: To be the Top Featured Property on the homepage the cost is 50 euros a week or 25 euros if the sales price is under 25,000 euros.

Once your service or product is listed we will make a pinned announcement to Facebook page Pure Portugal Living The Good Life. Using the website link to your listing, thereafter over the year, you can post as often as you like to the page sharing what you do, photos, testimonials, blog pieces, creating your own ‘How To Videos’ etc. to drive awareness, clients and referrals. The more you share, the more enquiries you will generate.
Over the year we have a feedback mechanism between us, you share how the enquiries are going and we can learn from the community on what you do.

Promote your Experience, Course or Event
If you run single workshops or would like extra coverage for an experience, event or course you are running, you can create an advert on our holidays and rentals website in the Experiences Section, which we will also share on the Facebook and Instagram feed.
Thereafter you can reply to post messages about your course or event in our Facebook Group and can share a post linked to the Pure Portugal advert once a week. We also invite you to write blog pieces on your topics with links to your advert as this creates greater interest.
One listing is 50 euros.

If you have a one off special item that is of interest to the Facebook group, you can advertise this on the Facebook group. The cost is 5% of the sales price, payment is made only if there is a successful sale. No sale, no fee. If you have ongoing products for sale we can create a blog advert as mentioned above (see Products). Listing for 1 year costs 70 euros.

Blog Feature
If you have an article that is of interest to the community and which can also promote your organisation a blog article can be submitted to us with a link to your website. The blog feature will also be posted to all our social media channels. Cost for a blog is 35 euros, we can also add a link to your site within one of our current blogs at a cost of 20 euros. We offer free blog features for good causes.

Newsletter Advertising
If you’d like to be the Featured Property, Holiday Listing, Service, Product or Event in our end of month newsletter which has over 11,500 subscribers, the cost is 50 euros (25 euros if you are also advertising with us in any other way). Only one service or product per newsletter will be chosen to be delivered directly to the inbox of our most engaged clients. If you would like a bespoke newsletter (mid month) with just your company message the cost is 75 Euros (60 euros if you advertise with us in any other way).
