Access to the farm is gained from an excellent public road and the farm itself has almost 1km of private internal tracks enabling ease of access to all three restored dwellings. There are two entrance points, both of which have granite pillars and secured chains.

The three dwellings have all been restored to a high standard keeping the original stone and wooden rustic features. However, all three roofs have been fully insulated to modern standards and the windows, ceilings, stairs, roofs and floors are all wooden, treated and stained. These dwellings would make great guest accommodation or holiday lets.

For the main house, there is a project in place for a 125m2 home with double garage and its design is sympathetic to the overall aesthetic of the other three dwellings – wood, slate and stone.
