The main house, which has west facing views, is roughly 9m x 5m and has two floors. In addition to this there is the old fashioned kitchen and a large curved adega with huge water tank.
Above the water tank is a patio which has good views and could be a nice outdoor area for a BBQ or outside dining. If the water tank was removed it would provide a large storage area.
Electricity is connected.
The property has never had a bathroom or kitchen attached (these would have been outside) and so does not have running water. There is mains water available from the council in the street, which could be attached to the property for under 500 Euros.
The house is only five minutes from the centre of Penela where there is a huge amount to do and enjoy as well as all local services necessary.
