A two bedroom detached farmhouse near Leiria, Silver Coast, Portugal. The property is habitable though does require some restoration work.
The farmhouse is set over two floors, with the living accommodation situated on the first floor, as is traditional in houses of this age. The first floor is accessed via a set of exterior steps at the front of the house.

The property is situated in a peaceful area on the edge of the small hamlet of Vale Maior and is within walking distance of a cafe.
The closest town to the property is situated at Leiria, which has a good variety of large supermarkets, builders' merchants, shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, schools, health centres, doctors, post offices, bus station and sports centres. Leiria is a 20 minutes drive.
The Silver Coast beaches of Sao Pedro do Muel and Praia da Viera are 30km from the property. The closest airport to the property is situated at Lisbon, which is one and a half hours by car. Lisbon airport is serviced by a variety of low cost airlines which operate regular flights into and out of the United Kingdom and other European countries.
