Situated in a quiet location near the hamlet of Jamprestes, and although set on a country road, only a small amount of local traffic pass by. Near the town of Ferreira do Zezere with all amenities.
The nearest large town is Tomar which has shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, banks, schools, health centres, sports centres, university, hospital, UNESCO listed Convento do Cristo and other historic monuments.
The closest airport is Lisbon, which is around one and a half hours' drive. Lisbon is serviced by a variety of low cost airlines, which operate regular flights into and out of the United Kingdom and other European countries.
