The next café, kinder garden and primary school are about 3KM away and restaurants, pharmacy and general shops are only 4KM away. The council capital of Alvaiázere with its banks, shops, schools and public offices is 8KM away as is the IC3 road which connects Coimbra in the North with the historic templar town of Tomar, 25KM away, in the South. The historic and religious towns of Batalha and Fatima are less than an hour's drive away and the nearest main-line railway station is located 30KM away in Pombal. Finally, the airport of Lisbon is around 150KM away.
