There is a large detached storage barn on the land which is accessed via a gravel road. The barn has been constructed in block and has an aluminium roof with a large double opening vehicle access door. It has a concrete floor and has electricity and water connected. Adjacent to the barn there are a selection of animal stalls as well as an adega. The adega has a concrete floor and all the wine making equipment is being sold with the property.

The property is set on a plot measuring 9,300m2 (over 2.25 acres). The land is completely fenced and well tended with a large variety of mature fruit trees including orange, lemon, cherry, peach, apple, pear, olive and Nespera. There is also a large amount of grape vines, which have been planted at the boundary of the land and a large vegetable plot. The land has a slight incline though closer to the house is all relatively flat. There is a well and a borehole on the land for irrigation purposes with a large water storage tank, however the property is also connected to mains water.

The property is ideal for someone looking to keep horses as the land only has a slight incline and has been well tended and stalls/stables already in situ. The property is being sold with the farming equipment including a tractor and trailer and all wine making machinery.

The property is set back from a quiet road and has good views over the valley. Set on the edge of a village and is within walking distance of a cafe. There is a neighbouring property adjacent though not close enough to impede privacy. The town of Ferreira do Zêzere, which has shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, schools, Vets, supermarket, bus station, banks and pharmacy, is only 4km from the property.

The larger, historic town of Tomar, which is home to the UNESCO listed Convento do Cristo, is around 15 minutes drive. Tomar is a popular and bustling town with a variety of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, schools, hospital, pharmacies, health centres, sports centres, weekly market and bus and train stations.

The closest airport to the property is situated at Lisbon, which is approximately one and a half hours' by car. Lisbon airport is serviced by a variety of low cost airlines which operate regular flights into and out of the United Kingdom and other European countries.
