The gardens need some work being done on them.

All the land bordering the property south and east is unobstructed (There are no other houses close by and there is no building permission for any new houses).

The house is located 100km north of Lisbon in between Nazaré and Alcobaça, in a valley that leads to the sea. . The closest beach, Praia do Salgado, is only 4km away. The well-known seaside ressorts Nazaré and São Martinho do Porto are only 6km away. If you want to go shopping or spend some time on cultural activities or if you're looking for schools or medical facilities, the towns of Alcobaça and Caldas da Rainha will serve you well. You can reach the motorway in Nazaré. Lisbon airport is 100km away.
