The property is set on a plot of land measuring 720m2 which extends all around the house and has a good number of fruit trees. Although there are neighbouring houses the property does have privacy as is situated in a secluded position.
Accessed via a tarmac road and there is plenty of space for parking. It is located in a little hamlet about 5km from the town of Cernache do Bonjardim, which has a variety of cafes, restaurants, shops, mini-markets, schools, health centre, doctors, sports centre and post office.
The market town of Figueiró dos Vinhos, where you also find a number of cafés, supermarkets, doctors, outdoor swimming pool and public library, is also only around 15 minutes drive.
Located only about 2km from the upper most part of the Castelo do Bode lake and dam, popular for water sports and fishing. There are good access roads to the property and the IC8 dual carriageway, which leads to the coastal towns of Figueira da Foz, is a short drive away.
The closest airport to the property is situated at Lisbon airport which is around 175km drive. Lisbon airport is serviced by several low cost airlines which operate regular flights into and out of the United Kingdom and other European countries.
