There main entrance to the house has a covered portico with wooden beams. This leads into a spacious hallway with a wooden floor and ceiling. Off the hallway, via an archway is the living room. To the first floor there is a spacious mezzanine area which has a wooden floor and exposed wooden beams. Off this mezzanine there are two master suites, each with wooden floors. Each master suite has an en-suite bathroom, which have been partially tiled. Each bathroom has a toilet, bidet, contemporary style vanity basin and hydro-massage showers.
At the rear of the house there is a garage, which can house up to one vehicle. Adjacent to the garage there is a covered dining area with built in barbecue and bread oven.
The property has land measuring around 7,000 square metres, the majority of which is all relatively flat. There are some mature olive trees.
The property is situated in a quiet area with good, open views to the countryside.
The house is located near the village of Pias in central Portugal. The village of Pias, which has a cafe bars, mini-market, church and school is approximately one kilometre from the house. The larger town of Ferreira do Zêzere is around five kilometres from the house.
Ferreira do Zêzere has several supermarkets, banks, schools, bus station, shops, builders' merchants, restaurants and bars. The historic town of Tomar, which is home to the UNESCO listed Convento do Cristo - once the southern European headquarters of the Knight Templars, is around 20 minutes drive from the house. Tomar is a popular town with schools, university, museums, library, art galleries, shops, restaurants and bus and train stations.
The closest airport to the property is located at Lisbon, which is approximately one and a half hours' by car. Lisbon airport is serviced by several low cost airlines which operate regular flights into and out of the United Kingdom.
