The two cottages for full renovation sit side by side, set back from a quiet road situated in a quiet hamlet. They are both set over two floors, have been constructed in stone, and have stone window and door surrounds.

The first cottage, which is the large of the two, is in a better condition though does still need fully renovating. The main entrance to the cottage leads into a hallway, which has a wooden floor and ceiling. Off this hallway there are two rooms, both of which have wooden floors and ceilings. At the rear of the cottage there is a rustic style kitchen, with a traditional style fireplace. The kitchen has an exterior door, which leads out to the rear of the cottage and the garden. There is a wooden staircase in one of the ground floor rooms, which leads to the first floor accommodation. There are three further rooms to the first floor, all of which have wooden floors and ceilings.

There is a partially tiled bathroom in an outbuilding behind this cottage. The bathroom has a toilet, bidet and wall mounted sink.

The second cottage is slightly smaller than the first and enters into a living room with a concrete floor. Off this living room there is a wooden staircase which leads to the first floor accommodation. At the rear of this cottage is a rustic style kitchen with concrete floor and wooden beamed roof. This room has an exterior door to the rear of the garden and a covered terrace area. The first floor accommodation has three small rooms, with windows to the front and rear of the property.

The property is connected to both mains water and electricity.
Though it has a bathroom installed, it is not currently in a habitable condition.

There are a number of stone outbuildings to the rear of the property as well as a large covered storage area to the side. The garden area of the property is located to the front and rear of the cottages and is large enough to accommodate a swimming pool if required, though some of the outbuildings would need to be demolished.

The property is situated in a small hamlet and could be converted into one larger residence quite easily. The town of Alvorge, which has cafes, bank, pharmacy, school, mini-market and restaurant, is around 10 minutes drive from the property. The larger town of Ansiao, which has shops, restaurant, cafes, bars, schools, market, sports centre, health centre and pharmacies, is around 15 minutes by car.

The closest airport to the property is situated at Porto, which is around one and a half hours drive. Porto airport is serviced by a variety of low cost airlines which operate regular flights into and out of the United Kingdom and other European countries.
