The whole campsite is a very natural environment, it is nicely illuminated, and all the camping pitches are shaded by mature trees. Modern sanitary block with6 toilets and 6 showers (hot water by gas heater), and places for campers to wash dishes and clothes.

FARM INFRASTRUCTURE: Water: well/spring with plenty of drinkable water for the whole business. 60m deep borehole with licence. Sewage with licence. Gas: big bottles with licence. Electricity: 220 Volt. Telephone, Internet, and TV: connected.

BUSINESS INFRASTRUCTURE: All business infrastructure is included in the sales contract. The business complex is fully equipped, all furniture and machines and installations for the Bar, Kitchen and Campsite make part of the sales contract. Location: Situated in a peaceful and open valley surrounded by countryside and interesting historical villages. 2km from the villages of Meruge (medieval market) and Lagares da Beira, 6km from the small city of Oliveira do Hospital, 10km from Seia (cultural centre and gateway to the Serra de Estrela mountain range), 30 mins drive to the larger city of Viseu, and 80km to the University city of Coimbra.

Oliveira do Hospital is a city with around 20,000 inhabitants and has several supermarkets and a wide variety of small shops. Here you will find all important local institutions, schools (from primary School to Polytechnic as well as a language school and music school), health centre, gymnasium, public swimming pools, cinema and cultural centre.

The local surroundings are comprised of beautiful forests, valleys and rivers - fabulous for walking, cycling, horse riding, etc. There are several river beaches for swimming, fishing and boating. You can enjoy daytrips to the mountains of the Serra Estrela, Açor, and Caramulo, as well as the Atlantic, Silver Coast, and famous surfing beaches.

Acess: 400m of flat sand track - very well maintained, and access is good for caravans and camper vans. Well signposted.
