All the land is flat with three large wide terraces, leading down to flat pasture paddocks totalling approximately 4 acres, bordered by a stream with two spring fed wells on this area of land; one for irrigation and one serving as the water supply to the house via heavy duty pump system. The circumference of the land is fenced with mains electric fencer unit.
The quinta nestles in a small bowl with other properties a little distance away, with pine woods to the rear, but is not a remote location. The approach to the property is by tarmac road leading to entrance gate and drive to front of house. Ample parking/turning areas with access to stables and front/side of house.

The nearest village, Covas, is 1 mile away and Oliveira do Hospital and Tábua are 6 miles equidistant. There is a distant view of the Serra da Estrela mountain range. 30 minutes from Serra Da Estrela Mountains and skiing in winter. 2 hours to Porto. 3 hours to Lisbon. Good rail links nearby.
