House Two is built of large granite stones with concrete floors. One room upstairs and one room downstairs with internal stairs (both rooms currently used as storage). In very good condition this house could also be extended. North facing.

Over a hectare of terraced land forming a 'bowl' in the little valley between the two houses. All terraces have stone walls and most are accessible by a tractor.

Grape vines, olives, chestnuts, oaks, and many fruit trees (including cherry, peach, apple, loquat, lemon, orange, fig). Fertile soil, still under cultivation. Small area of pine and eucalyptus woodland.

There are some stunning big boulders on the land and one, next to House One, has steps up to a great view point on top of the big rock.

There are 2 good access tracks to the quinta, one to each of the houses.

Very private and peaceful spot yet within walking distance of the village with 2 café-bars, a fishmonger, a small shop selling basic food and wine, a pharmacy and a post office.

Approx. 10 minutes drive to the towns of Oliveira do Hospital and Tabua, both with a wide range of shops, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, market, health centre, etc.
