The nearest town (1 mile) Pedrógão Grande offers all the necessary infrastructure: post office, three banks, supermarkets, weekly market, many restaurants, some good auto repair shops, indoor pool, three hairdressers, two good dentists, a small public hospital, several doctors and many other offices and shops. The next bigger cities are Pombal, Leiria and Coimbra.
Upon request, you can purchase the neighboring plot of approx 9,000m2 (2.25 acres). It consists of a terraced mixed orchard with irrigation system. 2 more adjacent lands with approved construction projects are for sale as well.
