This lovely property is situated completely on its own but only a 5 minute walk into the freindly village of Bravo where there are 3 bars/cafés with little shops. The cobbled village of Pedrógão Pequeno is 5km away, with a weekly Sunday market, a post office, primary school, B&B, restaurant, doctor, and various shops and bars. Over the dam and the Cabril lake is the small town of Pedrógão Grande.

The cottage has mains water and electricity. It's a good solid building in good condition, the roof and roof timbers are very good, as are the windows, floors and double wooden ceiling. The place will be easy to warm in winter and cool in summer.

There are 2 bedrooms, a lounge/kitchen/diner and a simple bathroom.

The furniture etc as seen in the photographs has now been removed and the cottage is to be sold empty (of course new furniture can be bought locally). A proper kitchen and bathroom need to be put in, but to have this done by a professional builder would cost well under 10,000 euros.

Planted around the cottage are flowers and roses, there is a good vegetable plot right next to the house and 1,254m2 of meadows with pomegranites, kiwis, cherries, plums, apples, oranges, grape vines and olive trees, plus a further 1,820m2 of scrub and young pine, oak and cork oak trees.

The property is situated in a beautiful open sunny spot with great views and good access.
