Set on a manageable plot measuring 724m2. The fertile land is level and completely fenced, with a number of mature shrubs and grape vines.
Situated in a private location, in a secluded position with no near neighbours, however it is not isolated and is within walking distance of a cafe/bar in the village of Areias.
The larger town of Ferreira do Zêzere, which has banks, supermarkets, schools, butchers, bakers, restaurants, shops, cafes, builders merchants, local town council and municipal swimming pools, is only 9km drive from the property.
The historic town of Tomar, which has supermarkets, cafe bars, restaurants, a weekly market, castle, library, schools, doctors, hospital, bus and train stations, is 20 minutes by car.
Tomar is a popular and bustling town which is home to the UNESCO listed Convento do Cristo - constructed by the Knight Templars' in the 12th century.
The closest airport to the property is located at Lisbon, which takes one and a half hours by car.
