The main cottage consists of: double bedroom/dining room, galley-style kitchen, lounge (about 3mx4m) with a woodburner, single bedroom with fitted wardrobes, bathroom with bath (shower over), sink, toilet, and bidet. In the lounge is a trap door in the floor which leads down a staircase to a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. There are also outside french windows to the bedroom which is ideal for use as a self-contained guest / bed & breakfast room.

Outside there is a spiral staircase to the roof terrace with fantastic views and a built-in barbecue.

A short distance along the track is the second cottage set in 1/4 acre of gardens. This cottage consists of an open-plan lounge/kitchen with woodburner, and a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. This cottage is fully equipped for holiday and long-term rental.

Mains electricity is connected and there is a bore hole and a well that provide plenty of water to both cottages. Septic Tank. Telephone with internet connection.
