Three storey townhouse located in the sleepy village of Via Vai just north of the town of Avelar.

The house was constructed in 1907 and is sited 50m away from the small church and grocery shop/bar.

The property faces south and has pleasant views across the valley towards the wooded hills. The medieval town of Penela with its 11th century castle is 6km north with the old university town of Coimbra 30 mins away by car.

The property has had some renovation carried out of late but still needs a little more work. New windows and doors have recently been fitted and the roof has been overhauled. The house is part furnished and has water, electricity, and soak away septic tank.
