Adjacent to the cottage there is a single storey, open fronted car port with feature cylindrical stone pillars. The car port has a tiled floor and also provides access to the property's utility room. The utility room is partially tiled and is plumbed ready for a washing machine and sink and also provides ample storage space.
Behind the car port and utility room there is a covered terrace with large, tiled patio area. The covered terrace has a built in barbecue with stone chimney.
The swimming pool is kidney shaped and has been landscaped around. There are steps down to the swimming pool from the property's terrace though is also accessible from the main driveway.

In addition the property also has a single storey wooden summer house. The summer house is also nestled among trees and has a small veranda. It is being used by the current owners for storage, though is ideal as a changing room for the swimming pool. The summer house is connected to electricity and has several power points. The closest town to the property is located at Tomar, which is home to the UNESCO listed Convento do Cristo. Tomar is a popular and bustling town with a range of supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants, bus and train station, sports centres, pharmacies, banks, health centres, university and hospital.
The closest airport to the property is located at Lisbon, which is around 1hr 15 minutes' by car. Lisbon airport is serviced by a variety of low cost airlines which operate regular flights into and out of the United Kingdom and other European countries.
