In fact the house is even insulated with cork and expanded clay pellets rather than the usual polystyrene or mineral fibre. The walls, roof, ceilings, floors, double glazed windows and doors have been produced from wood and natural stone. Only the main pillars are formed out of concrete in order to comply with building regulations and assure maximum strength.
