This is a nice piece of pine woodland 5km from Pedrógão Grande. It is just over 10,000m2 (1 hectare), totally clean and from one part there are very good far-reaching views.
The ruin has a footprint of approx. 40m2, there are 2 storeys, no roof but the walls are good. The ruin can be renovated or a new house can be built on the land.
Below the house is a big field of about 2,500m2 which once would have been full of vegetables but now has pine trees growing on it -once they are cut the field can be used again for its original purpose. At the top end of the field are a water mine and a well.
The nearest transformer is 500m from the property so mains electricity connection would be no problem.
The access is 500m on a woodland track.
The nearest other house (which you can't see from the property) is 600m away.
The small town of Pedrógão Grande and the Cabril lake are 5 minutes by car.
