A semi detached stone cottage which is set over one floor and comprises of 7 rooms. 3 of which were traditionally used as bedrooms, though would be now be considered small. There is a rustic style kitchen to one of the rooms, complete with a corner stone fireplace and traditional bread oven.

The cottage does need fully renovating and could be converted in a cosy country retreat relatively simply.

It is connected to both mains water and electricity though is not in a habitable condition at present.

There are a number of outbuildings to the rear, some of which are constructed in stone. These outbuildings would have been traditionally used for storage purposes.

The garden is private and enclosed. Though not large, there are some mature shrubs and grape vines in situ.

The cottage is situated on a quiet road within a small hamlet with neighbouring properties around. The town of Alvorge, which has cafes, bank, pharmacy, school, mini-market and restaurant is around 10 minutes drive from the property. The larger town of Ansiao, which has shops, restaurant, cafes, bars, schools, market, sports centre, health centre and pharmacies, is around 15 minutes by car.

The closest airport to the property is situated at Porto, which is around one and a half hours drive. Porto airport is serviced by a variety of low cost airlines which operate regular flights into and out of the United Kingdom and other European countries.
