The property is basically one big - 5,500m2 - flat sunny meadow with 1 big loquat tree, 2 chesnut trees, vines, 90 olive trees (so plenty of olive oil to be made), a water well and a reasonably newly-built building registered as a barn which can be legally converted/rebuilt into a small house.

Would also be an excellent spot for a caravan, yurt or bus etc.

The access is 500m on a dirt track.
