The plot is mainly south-facing, with good access, water, phone and electric nearby.

The plot had a small quarry in the old days (no longer active) and there is still lots of good stone for making walls, paths, wall cladding and specially very good stone for 'calçada' - traditional Portuguese paths made of granite sets (cobbles).

The land is also interesting for installing renewable energies such as photovoltaic panels or wind generators.

The views are fantastic, and from some places one can see for miles.

There are lots of trees in this land, specially olives, strawberry trees and pine trees.
