This is a very nice property at the end of a little hamlet on the edge of the Serra de Lousã in an area full of natural beauty.

The river Pêra runs 70m from the house forming a beautiful river beach/swimming area just outside the village of Bôôlo half a km away. In the village are bars/cafés/ shops, a little supermarket and a restaurant. The small market town of Castanheira de Pêra is 5km.

Steps lead up from the courtyard into a little windowed veranda, and off this is a rustic kitchen with an open fireplace, three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a lounge/dining room. There are stairs leading up to a good size attic. The house has an area of 116m2.

The land is 1,700m2 and divided into two meadows. The main and larger of the two also has a little stone outbuilding on it, is walled, and has gate access to the road.

There are 7 olive trees, 1 orange tree, lots of well-tended grape vines, and great views.
