This is a very nice property at the end of a little hamlet on the edge of the Serra de Lousã in an area full of natural beauty.

The river Pêra runs 70m from the house forming a beautiful river beach/swimming area just outside the village of Bôôlo half a km away. In the village are bars/cafés/ shops, a little supermarket and a restaurant. The small market town of Castanheira de Pêra is 5km.

The house is habitable with a good roof, good floors, good ceilings, mains water and electricity. The place is a bit 'old style' and the kitchen needs modernising, but the house is in perfectly good order.

The land is 1,700m2 and divided into two meadows. The main and larger of the two also has a little stone outbuilding on it, is walled, and has gate access to the road.

There are 7 olive trees, 1 orange tree, lots of well-tended grape vines, and great views.
