This beautiful riverside property is 9km from Sertã and 11km from Proença a Nova. The nearest bar/café/restaurant is 2.5km in Vale de Perreiro.
There are 3 stone ruins of 68m2, 80m2, and 51m2, plus a flour mill. The first two buildings have a habitation licence. One of the houses wouldn't take much to renovate but the other two are in more of a state of ruin with no roofs and parts of walls down.
There are big open flat fields (circa 1 hectare) bordering the river, ideal for veg growing and /or grazing animals. Circa 50 olive trees, and a huge wooded hillside (circa 5 hectares) with private vehicle access through it.
500m from the houses is a good spring water supply. There is no electricity but mains is circa 400m distant, so wont be too expensive to connect.
The access is 0.5km on a good dirt track.
With a bit of work to recuperate the buildings this will be a fantastic property.
UPDATE: the owners are going to put a new insulated roof on the main building, with roofing felt and closed off with T&G pine boards inside.
