INSIDE - The properties inside are traditional Portuguese buildings. They feature a traditional kitchen, living area and small bedrooms. The property would be best served by removing interior walls (which are quite flimsy), creating larger rooms, and raising the property by one level.

OUTSIDE - The garden around the property is triangular and measures approx 300m2.
There are some animal shelters made of stone which would be better off pulled down to amplify the space in the garden.

There is only one neighbouring property which is a rather grand family home some 200m away. Horses are kept on this property's land as well as his garage.

The area is very peaceful and the views from the land are terrific. When raised one level the property would have superb views across the council of Penela.

Access to the properties is via a main road, which then turns off into a dirt track for approx. 2 minutes. This track climbs up to the look-out point where the property is found.

Penela and Espinhal are just 5 minutes away. There is every amenity imaginable in these two towns, as well as there being several good restaurants and bars within a few moments drive around the property.
