The property is situated in the country only 4km from the town of Cernache do Bonjardim, near Serta in Central Portugal. Cernache do Bonjardim has a variety of shops, cafes, restaurants, post office, school, health centre, bus station, supermarket and weekly market.

The closest airport to the property is situated at Lisbon, which is two hours and ten minutes. Lisbon airport is serviced by a variety of low cost airlines, which operate regular flights to and from the United Kingdom and other European countries.
