They are both set over two floors, with the living accommodation on the first floors and with storage rooms on the ground floors. Habitable but would benefit from some modernisation.

House: The main entrance to the house is via an exterior concrete staircase. A part-glazed aluminium door leads into an entrance hallway. Off this hallway there is a living room which has a central granite stone fireplace. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom and kitchen, which does require some modernisation work. Off the kitchen there is a 'marquise' sun room which leads out to the back of the house and to the garden. There are several storage rooms to the ground floor, though these do not have the required 'head room' to be converted into additional living space.

Cottage: The main entrance to the cottage is also via an external concrete staircase and leads into the living room. Off the living room there is a bedroom and a rustic style kitchen with a large, traditional-style fireplace. Off the kitchen there is a covered terrace area which leads out to the garden. The cottage also has several storage rooms to the ground floor, which also do not have sufficient ‘head room’ for conversion into additional living space.

Connected to both mains water and electricity.

The property is set on a plot measuring 1,400m2 (over 0.25 acre) with olive, vines and fruit trees. There is also a well on the land for irrigating the garden.

The property is easily accessible, has a gated driveway, and is in an elevated position above the road through the village. There is ample parking for vehicles on hard standing.

Situated in the village of Alviobeira which has several cafes and a small shop within walking distance. There are neighbouring properties, though this does not affect the privacy of the house and cottage.

The historic town of Tomar, in Central Portugal, is a 10 minutes drive.

The closest airport to the property is situated at Lisbon, which is one and a half hours by car.
