There is plenty of pure natural spring water plumbed to the house and to tanks for irrigation, coming from a sealed well and a borehole, both with submersible pumps. Mains electricity is connected.

This is a typical charming little smallholding that has supplied a family with olive oil, wine, fruit and veg etc for years.

All the terraces have grape vines growing around them and, depending on the year, 700 to 1,000 litres of wine or grape juice can be made. There are approx 30 olive trees, various fruit trees, kiwis, and sweet chestnuts.

There are great views and 100% privacy. The nearest neighbour is approx 0.5km away where the top of the village starts.

The small market towns of Sertã, Pedrógão Grande and the Cabril lake are 6km.
