There are roughly 500 mature pine trees. The arable land has a well, a kind of natural spring pond and a stream, plus about 40 olive trees. All the terraces are overgrown and need cleaning.
The ruin has an 82m2 footprint, 2 floors and habitation rights. Half of it is ok and the other half has part of a wall down.
