This old stone house has a footprint of 138m2. Originally the ground floor was used for storage with the living area above. It's the last house down a cobbled lane in a small rural village.
Basically the place needs a complete renovation, the stone work is very good so the walls are fine but everything else needs to be gutted and redone inside. Out the back and around one side of the house is a spacious walled courtyard (150m2) with the traditional old bread oven and good views across to the distant hills.
Mains water and electricity are right next to the house in the lane so the connection fee will be minimal.

The nearest café/bar and mini market are 2km away. The small market town of Pedrógão Grande, and the lake of Cabril, are 10km.
