Louriçeira is a very old typical rural village situated 9 km from Pedrógão Grande and the lake of Cabril. In the village itself are 2 cafe/bars, one with a restaurant, the other with a little shop. Pedrógão Grande, although only a small town, has a weekly market, banks, schools, health care, restaurants, post office, indoor swimming pool, little theatre and cinema, shops, beautiful scenery and fantastic opportunity for water sports on the lake.

No garden except a small flower bed. Good access and ample parking space.

Mains electricity, water and drainage.

There is no renovation to be done except that a shower needs to be fitted. The house is in excellent condition, just needs a lick of paint and some furniture and it's ready to move in.
